Change AFX afcad with ADE9X?

Is it possible to alter an AFX afcad using ADE9X.

 

Am only interested in altering gate sizes and airlines assignments for the gates.

 

If yes can it be applies in FSX and FS9.

Yes and vice versa. Not sure about FS9, it would be easy enough for you to check though.

Watch out when going from AFX to ADE. You may strip out the default approach data.
