September 30, 201312 yr I wanted to use Nvidia inspector but for it to work I had to update the driver for the video card. Inspector then worked however FSX starts and immediately has a fatal error. I have rolled the driver back and FSX works again but no Inspector. Any ideas appreciated. Regards Tim
October 1, 201312 yr In my experience, the best driver for the 8800 series and FS is 314.22. NVidia Inspector works great with these drivers and uses all the bells and whistles. Later drivers have caused a number of problems for me. May be different for you as my GTS is a bit newer architecture compared to your GT. It was, of course, inevitable that newer drivers would become problematic as technology marches on, unabated.
