Milky water at night

Featured Replies

Is there a combination of settings to get rid of the milk colored water at night? Seems like I saw a post on this somewhere but can't find it. I'm using REX as well if it makes any difference. I've just switched to the version 19.

Or you can simply turn water effects down to zero.

Thanks,

Why would he want to do that ??  <_<

Use the shader I indicated above and your water wlll look great.

The stock water colour generally looks pretty good to me, it's basically a reflection of the sky like in reality. DX9 water is dark, could be you become used to that. Often with DX10 on a bright day it might look too light blue and on an overcast day or at night with a moon the water could look too milky.

I may have jumped the gun on this. Turns out after returning to this flight that there was a full moon, just couldn't see it behind some clouds.
