I click on the DX10 Fixer icon in my Desktop and the following message appears.

In Program Files. It worked fine but i do many cfg rebuilds due to this unacceptable 13.9 ATI driver that caused me many CTD and maybe this file corrupted. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Fixer but it keeps ask me the location of the controller.

So - no problem - just "Rt-Clk" on "DX10Controller.exe" in the Fixer installation folder, select "send to" and choose "Desktop - create shortcut". Bingo!  This will create a correct shortcut to it.

 

Come back here if there's something still amiss! ok!   :lol:

FOUND IT! :biggrin: 

 

The "DX10controller.exe" was in the ...virus box of my antivirus program :blink:

 

I had it in gaming/silent mode so it didn't notice me and when i insisted all the folder and the download file disappeared in front of my eyes and i couldn't find it anywhere in my pc!

 

I found it by luck because today my antivirus updated to a new version and i checked the virus box to see if there were any viruses.  

 

The strange thing is that i must disable my antivirus in order to download or get the Fixer work.

Someone else has just said that it deleted their Controller.

 

If so can you send them the Controller as instructed here
