Yes, Airbus X Extended is the best one at the moment. It's not up to PMDG level or anything but still it does simulate daily normal operations well enough.

 

However indeed if you are looking for the absolute best narrow body Airbus and have the patience to wait I suggest waiting until FSLabs A320 is released, that one should be the ultimate Airbus simulation. 

Blackbox is also a very good Airbus simulation and still a work in progress.
