Is there a way to download and install the files all at once.  I had to download every file separately which was a 6 download max so California took almost 3 days rather than just having them all download overnight while I was sleeping it took 3 days between work and free time.  Now I am installing each file separate as well.  Any quicker options?

If you download flash get, you can line them up in a Que and it auto downloads

Yes Flash Get, or I use Download Accelerator Pro and on my cable connection I can download from the same server customers do at between 10 - 13 Megabytes per second (actual data download), as that uses multiple download streams at once.

 

For installation, this is now also automated by using the MSE Install Manager software which you can download here so it's a set and forget install method.
