FS Genesis Mesh Scenery

Featured Replies

I've noticed a lot of FS Genesis mesh scenery available for download here. What has been your experience using it? Has it conflicted with any other scenery and has it made much of a difference in your flight experience. Thanks,JR

very well worth installing surprisingly it has fixed some airports that are stuck in the group or on platforms

An excellent product with superb support. You can't go wrong with anything from FSgenesis. The only bad thing is once you start buying mesh, pretty soon you will end up purchasing the whole globe!

JR:No conflicts.Much better display.Do a search here and on flightsim and see if some of the FSGenesis areas are still offered as freeware. I do not know if they have been pulled or not, but there was a large area offered sometime back.Highly recommended IMHOHappy flying:RTH

Thanks for the recommendations. I downloaded and installed the West Coast and Rockies from here (hugh files). What a difference! One other question. I was only able to find the two full installers mentioned above here at Avsim but at Flightsim they also have Central, Southeast and East (also hugh files). I don't like to download from Flightsim unless I have to because the download speed from their site is extremely slow compared to here. I'm not sure why. I have a broadband connection. Is there another place where they're available. I already tried the FSGenesis site but no luck. Thanks,JR

Hi JR,If you are an FS addict (cough, cough), then you might think about doing the "Galaxy" membership over at FSGenesis. That way you can mainline the mesh without thinking about the price... :-hahBest,Mike

Are all your avsim library mesh files such as the one below freeware?fsg_rockies38m.zipI'm somewhat confused since it's labelled as freeware on the avsim library and yet up for sale at $9.95 on your site.Anthony Dyer
