A plea to all software developers: PLEASE stop making fake/Static Jetways.

Recommended Posts

FSDreamteam jetways do move, but the wheels sink into the ground or the wheels lift off the ground for a heavy, soo.... I still use AES.

What airports are you talking  about  here  havnt  noticed  this at all?

Doesn't FSDT still use the default jetways? If they do, the movement is inferior to AES'd jetways.

I honestly think the price for AES credits is a small price to pay for what AES offers. If the scenery already included the features AES offered, no one would bat an eye if the price of the scenery increased to cover the cost of the AES features.

I own GSX but I don't buy scenery that isn't supported by AES - just my preference.

If they have provided the files for AES support, I see no reason why the same files can't be sent to FSDT should they make such a feature available.
Shouldn't take any longer than it does for the AES developer to make it compatible.

That is what the credit system pays for...

I'd rather have one software taking care of it all. I would be perfectly fine buying the same credit packs from FSDT if I can get this one missing feature from their add on.

Personal preference, I guess.

That's because the Jetways at FSdreamteam airports are default jetways. Default jetways from FSX always sink in the ground, same with P3DV2.

Flightbeam airports, Taxi2gate all do the same thing.
