Hello.  I bought the PMDG MD-11x back in 2009.  I soon switched computers and lost the installer.  If I purchase the EDS program for the MD-11 now, can I re download it without buying the product again?  Or will I have to submit a ticket once I get the EDS?

Submit a support ticket through the PMDG support portal.  It might cost you 5 bucks to offset their bandwidth costs, but Ryan will take care of you if you have the order number/date/name, etc.

Once you purchase Extended Download Insurance,  submit a ticket to Ryan or I via the Support Portal and we can reset it for you.  We normally clear things out a couple times a day so it shouldn't take long
