November 28, 201312 yr When I first purchased Opus primarily as a weather engine, I was already a fairly long time user of EzDok and was hesitant to switch. When first trying Opus camera feature, I had problems adapting and it was many versions younger than it is now. Now that I have been using it for quite a time now, I love it. The interface is very user friendly and the DHM and turbulence effects are excellent in my opinion and for me another little bonus was a very slight improvement in respect to frame rate hit. November 28, 201312 yr I have Opus, not EZDOC, but I looked over EZDOC's manual. Feature-wise, the only major feature in EZDOC that's not in Opus seems to be the World Camera. For cameras placed in scenery I use FSRecorder tower cameras instead. EZDOC lets you control the camera with the mouse. With Opus you can set up a Gamepad controller or keyboard to do the same thing with its Live Camera Control (LCC). With LCC set up you can "fly" the camera around inside or outside the aircraft. Most of the time I'm using TrackIR anyway. The turbulence and other DHM features in Opus are really good, and are set up through the camera interface. One of the best things about Opus is the incredible support. If there's a feature you want, you can ask in the forums, the developer is very quick to respond and has added many user-requested features. However I did ask about adding World cameras and he declined. Barry Friedman
November 29, 201312 yr I like both but the only thing stopping me from using Opus is that I like the EZDOK ability to hold the middle mouse button and pan around the flight deck - is there a way to do this with OPUS - maybe I've missed something? David Porrett

I use it and it works for me. Regards, Rick Hobbs
