The US government has agreed to pay $50m (£31m) after it was said to have pirated "thousands" of copies of military software.

This sort of theft is common - DOD does it, businesses do it, cops do it, and if the birds and bees had computers I expect they'd do it too...  nothing to see here folks.

Otherwise. Everyone does it! Wunder if they use TPB.

TPB isn't required - the stuff just gets passed around the office along with the keys.  If I had a buck or two for every piece of bootleg software I encountered in the places I worked over the years I could have retired many years earlier than I did.

My school uses pirated Windows on some computers, or at least that's what the computers say.
