November 29, 201312 yr Hi all, I am trying to use a second monitor that has a low resolution 1024x768 (this is actually the monitor of the vrinsight CDU II). Unfortunately, it seems that Prepar3d V2 has a minimum resolution of 1024x1280x32 for the second display. I've tried to edit the config file with: [DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680.0.1]Mode=1024x768x32 But prepar3d simply ignores it and reverts back to the original 1024x1280x32. Does anybody know what I should do to have Prepar3d recognize the lower resolution? Thanks p
November 30, 201312 yr Moderator I have dual displays here as well. #1 is a 42" HDTV via HDMI cable, #2 is a 27" wide-screen monitor: [DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti.0.0] Mode=1920x1080x32 [DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti.0.1] Mode=1280x800x32 This was "auto-detected" by Prepar3D when I installed it... November 30, 201312 yr Author Thanks for the answer. For reasons unknown to me prepar3d doesn't recognize the right resolution.

December 1, 201312 yr Moderator N4gix can you give me some insight on the p3dv2 performance with your video card? Much appreciated Frankly? It sucks wind. But, I knew that going in. Had I not had to spend $1100 on my mouth, I'd have a GTX780 installed by now... :( With the included GA I am getting reasonable (20-25) fps in high density areas such as the custom Norfolk area L-M included.
