I bought a 777 aircraft at launch. I had to format the computer a few times and today when I went to install the 777 gave my serial was banned. How do I solve this problem? Thank you

 

You just need to submit a ticket and it will be reset.

Also, for the future, before you format and reinstall, make sure to deactivate your serial via PMDG options in CDU

In my case this doesn´t work properly, i have to do it form add/ remove programs menu. The manual explains it as alternative method.

Happened to a friend of mine who had his copy activated on both his home desktop and business laptop. Forgetting to deactivate the product before formatting his laptop, he got the same error.

 

The key was reset by PMDG after submitting a ticket via their Ops Center.

You just need to submit a ticket and it will be reset.

+1 i agree. just submit a ticket and they will reset your activation . i also having problem on activation but a different one. i cant unregister my plane. the solution is a submitted a ticket then viola! they reset my activation. then i can now install my plane even i reformatted my pc
