Not understanding the new(er) cloud shader options

It is completely normal that under dx10 with no clouds (clear weather) you won't see high Gpu usage with sgssaa because 99% kicks in when it starts to AA the clouds. But Steve is so good that he gave us possibility to use cloud cull until we will buy 780/Titan
