January 4, 201412 yr Having an issue with 737 FMC keypad - the row of digits 7, 8 & 9 do not work - When depressing 7, the number 4 results, depressing 8 results in number 5 and so forth. As for the last row, depressing 0 results in number 8 - depressing # results in number 9 ..... Anyone have this problem and how was it resolved , Thanks, Gene
January 4, 201412 yr Hi Gene, Yes, that's a minor issue that can occur. The workaround is a simple one. When you click the button, just click on the lowest part of the key and it should register correctly. Hope that helps you. January 4, 201412 yr Ah, I remember this issue well... I solved it by re-sizing the popup of the CDU, I believe you have to make it taller. This fixes the problem, or at least makes it better. Steve Caffey
