Currently I only have FSX Deluxe. Curious if at this point its worth getting Acceleration is worth it.

Acceleration solved a couple A/P issues on CS 727 and 737 where SP2 didn't. Other than that I can't see differences, not to say they're not there.

Some of the missions are pretty good, and carrier ops is decent if youre into those sorta things.

If you are into flying helicopters in particular, a lot of the chopper add-ons require the Acceleration expansion to be installed, so in that case, it's a must-have.
