For Aerologic search in the avsim library for aig_aerologic_winter_2012-2013.zip It's an Ai flight plan but will give you the general routing during a week. If you post a route you want to fly I can find a real flight plan routing from the past few weeks for you to enter in the fmc. Here is an example, in a few hours at 1:15 zulu BOX111 will go from EGNX to EDDP. And EDDP to VTBS as BOX530 at 6:10am.
