January 13, 201412 yr There is a bug with the altimeter setting. Exemple if the altimeter is 2961 and you want to change it for 2960, the two last digits change. It gives 2950. It should change if you're at 2960 and you want 2959 or lower. Thanks and regards Real Deraps
January 31, 201412 yr I still have this problem, even after the service pack. Carenado claims that they cannot reproduce it - can someone check and report back? Thanks! Bert
January 31, 201412 yr I've developed a fix for this and sent it to Carenado. Note how pilot and co-pilot's Altimeter Baro settings match.. If you like mucking around in model files with a Hex editor, send me a note and I'll tell you how to do it. Three "one character changes" required. Bert
July 15, 201411 yr Could that "bug" bother other aircraft? I've had this altimeter problem since I installed the 1900D ... with all my planes.
July 15, 201411 yr Any idea what module "controls" that aspect? Maybe I can replace a gauge or something. Thank you.
July 15, 201411 yr This particular problem was due to a coding error in the B1900 model.. I cannot imagine how that would affect other airplanes.. What exactly are you seeing in other planes? Bert
