January 17, 201412 yr Hello Simmers/All! Sorry if this has already been discussed here, but JAL has recently added a 787 on their usual route from RJAA to CYVR. This is going to be the first scheduled 787 service to Vancouver, and it's scheduled to begin on the 3rd of February, 2014, to be followed by China Southern's 787 service from Guangzhou coming later. The route is going to be introduced by means of a gradual system, with frequency increasing as the year progresses. News link is below. January 19, 201412 yr Author We get a few here at CYYZ, LOT and BAW to name a couple. I have seen them but yet to shoot any though. I saw a BAW 788 at Pearson while taxiing a few months back - immediately took as many pictures as I could! Unfortunately none of them really turned out. Anyway, I forgot to mention, of course, the AC 787 we're expecting in a couple of years. And ytzpilot, do you know where ANZ plans to fly theirs? ANZ 787's will focus on the Asian Routes but will have an Auckland to Perth route and test it on an Auckland to Sydney route temporarily: http://www.stuff.co.nz/business/industries/9579363/Air-NZ-targets-Asia-with-new-Boeing-787 The 777 will be used on the long hauls to North American and Europe Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
