 I downloaded it from the office for Frankfurt and it has .dds files too so I could view it as a thumbnail . I think I will try and convert that too FSX. the thumbnail clarity is amazing.

it is zonefree xplane , search in google you will get it and it has the Europe Photoscenery and can be selected by the tiles like e.g. Frankfurt which has a number 40+8.
