April 28, 201412 yr I have used th2g for a while and don't have any problems running three monitors , was wondering if you can use a fourth monitor to drag g1000 instruments onto. April 28, 201412 yr The problem I have is setting the zoom to the max @ .30 is not very realistic. Things are to close. I have 3 24" widescreen monitors. Would like to zoom out farther. Is there a setting in the .cfg file I could change? By the way I'm at 5760 x 1080 x 32. Thanks, Gerry Gerry you need to add that old surround favourite WideViewAspect=True in the [Display] section of your fsx.cfg flie. i.e. [Display] WideViewAspect=True gb. Might cut your frame rate a bit though. gb. YSSY. April 28, 201412 yr Thanks gb I was thinking of purchasing the mindstar g1000 panel for use in the c172 I like to do ga flying fps locked at 30 so will give the default fsx c172 a try and see how the smoothness is Jim thank you,Jim MSI A520M-A PRO,AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D 8 Core, 16 Threads 4.1Ghz,Arctic Freezer 36 ARGB Black Edition CPU Cooler,MSI VENTUS 2X Nvidia RTX 4070 12GB Graphics Card,Corsair 32GB Vengeance LPX (2x16GB) 3200Mhz DDR4 Memory,Gigabyte UD750GM 750W Gold Rated Modular PSU,Kingston NV3 2TB NVME M.2 GEN 4 SSD.
April 28, 201412 yr I am using WideViewAspect=True now but never liked the fish eye effect so I tried changing to False. Corrects the Fish Eye but I don't like what I stated above. Thanks, Gerry

Thanks, Gerry Unfortunately Gerry there is no real solution at the moment with Surround/Eyefinity. The best you can do is balance an acceptable zoom level against an acceptable level of left/right edge distortion. Assuming you are using landscape mode, have you tried Surround with the monitors in portrait mode.? Distortion is a lot less obvious this way. gb. September 12, 201411 yr Hi guys, I am using 3x 24 inch Ilyama screens via the TH2GO Digital Edition on an GTX 285 card and a i7-860 (not overclocked). On the other port of the GTX 285 I am running a fourth screen (22 inch). The TH2GO runs on maximum resolution of 5760 x 1080. To correct the fish eye effect I am using a little piece of software which is called FOV hack (field of view hack) that gives ample possibilities to adjust the view. This al runs pretty good in FSX with moderate slider settings obviously; usually above 20 fps. But I obviously need to update in order to be able to use P3D. Then the question comes up: will I continue using this great TH2GO when I will have a GTX780 (or the likes)? Best regards, Dirk

Best regards, Dirk If you go to a GTX780, and want to run 4 monitors, one will have to use HDMI and one will have to use the Digital Port output. That is why I just installed a TH2G, so that I can continue to use my BENQ Monitors which do not have Digital Port when I replace my 2 GTX580s with an ASUS Poseidon GTX780. RodeoGeorge
