January 25, 201412 yr Hi there Just started my first flight with the PMDG 777 and noticed that the VC textures resolution is very low. Thought there would be a settings menu for that in the OC but sadly the 'Display Settings' module is missing for the 777. I have the latest OC updated soon after installation. Chedly Baraket
January 25, 201412 yr Might be a daft question but do you have high resolution VC ticked in display options in fsx Stewart Cumbers

Hi, TU0833, Do you have "High Resolution 3-D Cockpit" (and probably "3D Virtual Cockpit") checked in FSX at Settings>Display>Aircraft? The current Operations Center does not have such a setting but I believe SP1 will include one. Mike
January 26, 201412 yr Author Yes I do have that option checked. I was disappointed because It doesn't compare to what I see on youtube videos and screenshots. Regarding the 'Display Settings', I have seen a video on youtube showing that menu that's why I asked. Chedly Baraket
February 11, 201412 yr I do not have the above problem in my setup. However, I do have another VC problem: Has anyone noticed that in dusk, night and dawn settings, there are some missing textures in the VC? These are for the pilot's and the copilot's right armrest - yet the daytime textures are there and mapped correctly. Upon investigation I found that using testing software which reports on missing textures, the following could not be found in the T7: $WINGLIGHT $CABINLIGHT $MLGHB $FLOODAMBIENT If anyone knows of a solution, I would be glad to hear from you. February 15, 201412 yr Make sure you have set "global texture resolution" to high in the main display settings page.
