Gate assignment issue

Featured Replies

I am trying to correct the gate numbering and assignments with Scruffy's ADE of MK Studio's KSNA with fair success. Now the gates are correctly numbered and assigned, unfortunately I am unable to correct the gate numbering on the tarmac, they are in reverse order. When I open AFX_KSNA.bgl in ADE I cannot change the gate numbers on the tarmac. So I tried to open gates.bgl and gatesx.bgl with ADE and I get an error that it is not an airport and won't open it. Anyone have any success with this issue?

Just a guess, but the gate numbers are probably part of a custom model. I'm not sure if you could edit the textures for one, but that's what I would look into.

I expect Jon is correct.  My limited experience with add on scenery, especially payware, is that gates are sometimes created as part of the terminal model.  I won't say that changing these things cannot be done, but it can be very difficult to nearly impossible.
