GPU attached

Featured Replies

I did a search but apparently no one has got my small issue. Sometimes, even if I disconnect GPU, ASU, ACU within the CDU, I have the GPU which stays attached to the aircraft, visually speaking.

What was my surprise, after takeoff, switching to external view and see this little cart floating in the air near the aircraft !!!! I will try to take a picture next time.

Is it a known issue ? Will it be corrected in the coming SP1 ? (Forgive me if it has already been answered but I couldn't find any topic on that subject)

This happens when the aircraft is reloaded without closing FSX and reloading everything first. This is caused by the complexity of the 777, and I don't think this can be fixed.

I agree with what Kevin says.  I have had it happen a few times.  Only on the ground never in flight.  What I do is just save the flight within FSX and completely close FSX.  Restart FSX and load the saved flight.  It clears up everything.  Not sure if that's the proper way or if you should re do all the setting up.  But it clears it up for me.

this happens if you select the 777 and then another 777 livery. to fix it, that is my understanding, choose another aircraft and then the 777 again with the desired livery.
