February 12, 201412 yr Hi everyone, I flew another long haul flight over the weekend using one of my all time favorite aircraft, the Airbus A340. This was something new for me though as I've never really flown out of Copenhagen before. Unfortunately, not that many scenery options for those of us still using FS9, so I had to make do with the freeware Swedflight rendition. It's quite dated and looks shabby compared to today's standards, but it'll have to do. Total flying time was just a shade under 11 hours. Parked at Gate C38 at Copenhagen Taxiing to the active Company CRJ on short finals And we're finally on the way! Finally out of the gloom and into the blue sky Unfortunately, the sun starts setting as we fly somewhere over Finland. Also at this point, my Walk and Follow module stopped working properly, so all screenshots after this are taken with default spot view. Apologies in advance for the somewhat bland angles. Cruising Along Tootling along @FL380 over Russia And a couple hours later, at the very crack of dawn Pretty colors Day time again as we begin our descent Banking Everything down Crabbing... Terra firma... Unfortunately not a centerline landing, but whatever! Also, I'm aware NWA is officially a part of Delta now, but I have a certain fascination for the airline and will keep them alive in FS. And we're finally parked and letting the beast take it's well deserved rest. Thanks for looking.

February 12, 201412 yr Author Nice shots. Which A340 did you use? Feelthere/Wilco, or a freeware? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk This is the ancient Project Opensky A340-300. Unfortunately, it's the only freeware A340 out there until Project Airbus release their rendition. Thanks for the comments guys.
