Hi, I know that this type of topic can be controversial, so I will try to make it simple.

 

Do you have a preference between IYP (Its your Plane) vs MCE (Multi Crew Experience), and if so, what do you like about it?

Well I've never tried "It's your plane", however if this is what it still sounds like I would say MCE is rather superior:

 

 

Unlike that computer voice MCE sounds more natural:

 

 

Also so far based on my experience support is great & I haven't had any problems with the program. 

MCE hands down.
