FSX crash if I use the default gps,if I put in a airport direct to.I can use the rest of the gps but if I put direct to airport in it crash.

Don't know if this will work but here's one person who got it fixed - http://www.simforums.com/forums/gps-keeps-crashing-fsx_topic42667.html.  I did a Google search for 'default gps crashes fsx'.  I hate to push you to Google but I really have no idea.  This happens rarely.

Hi Jim, that link is actually for the Flight1 Islander and it's KLN GPS...

 

I also would have no idea why the default GPS would crash FSX, however..
