This is really unusual for a developer.  They usually don't like to give release dates. 

X-Airports have given an exact date and time for the release of their new EGGD - Bristol Airport.

 

"Bristol International is set to be released on the 8th of March UTC 1:00pm

 

Development screenshots will be released sometime between now and then!"

Unless there are more pics I'm missing. It looks like Freeware, something crafted up using WED.
