March 3, 201412 yr Hi everyone, I am planning to get a new gfx card n was thinking of a 780ti.Curently using a Sapphire AMD 7990HD . Questions are as follows: A) Is the 780ti better then what im using and is it worth the upgrade or to get a Nvidia Titan B) If worth the upgrade, which manufacturer would you recommend...eg: Asus,Gigabyte or MSI Thank you Dushantha Baduge
March 3, 201412 yr You're sitting on a pot of gold! Those 7990 are sold out everywhere due to crypto-currency mining. You can probably sell it for 3x what you bought it for. The 780ti performs better than the Titan, definitely go for the Ti. All the manufacturers you list are great. Maybe choose based on price/warranty? March 3, 201412 yr I have a titan only because when I load up big photosceneries in X-plane I need like 5 gigs of Vram. Unless you have that specific requirement, then I would say go with the 780ti.
