March 29, 201412 yr So this is a new issue for me. Pictured is the PMDG 777 but it also has happened to the QW 757. Everytime I get into clouds parts of the VC and buttons render clouds over them. Any ideas? https://www.dropbox.com/sc/uram2k9sjx57rbi/Os6u1uoQpY Processor: Intel® Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz Memory: 16384MB RAM Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 Manufacturer: NVIDIA Nvidia Inspector https://www.dropbox.com/sc/fa6ayke4of5y0o8/Z7r__dQSIh Brian Brian Thibodeaux | B747-400/8, C-130 Flight Engineer, CFI, Type Rated: BE190, DC-9 (MD-80), B747-400 My Liveries
March 29, 201412 yr Not sure if this is the same issue you are experiencing but you may want to look here http://forum.avsim.net/topic/422372-vc-texture-problem-when-visibility-0/ Roy Roy Jordan

March 29, 201412 yr Commercial Member Hi, I have to jump in here because we've had several reports of this happening with ASN (due to the way ASN reduces visibility in cloud). As already discussed, this is not ASN related (or any wx engine or aircraft specific) and it is coming up only in low visibility conditions. In most cases this was due to the use of custom shaders (like custom Bojote's shaders 3.0). Reverting to stock shaders (and/or clearing the shaders cache after that) has resolved the problem in all cases I've been aware of. Hope this helps. Kostas Terzides
