No response to key request

I recently reinstalled Radar Contact and sent the email for the key, but still have not gotten any response.  The request was sent in the proper format.  Any idea what else needs to be done?

This seems to have been a problem since at least the middle of last week!

Many people are having difficulty registering RC4.

 

I understand from a post on the 3/4 from Ray Proudfoot, that the author and techi of RC4, John Dekker (JD), has been away on personal business and won't be back until mid week. I have been involved with RC4 for many years, being one of the UK pilot voices in the program. In all that time support for RC4 from JD has been nothing short of excellent and prompt and I am sure that there is a very good reason that he is unable to sort this issue out.

 

Perhaps we could all be patient until JD returns and can look into it, unless Ray or runzie can throw any further light on what the problem with the auto registration might be.

 

The wait will worth it for those new to RC4 as it is the best ATC program available for FSX/FS2004.

Some are getting through.

 

As a test, the e-mail app and Win language settings should be set to non-Unicode US. Some were received on Sunday so the problem is intermittent. Some who are complaining did have messages sent so check all spam filters, etc.

 

Be sure the format and subject lines are correct.

 

It was found that in transit in one non-US case, the "!" were omitted in transit.
