Voice and MC Noise suppresion

Hi,

 

I have an issue when i fly online on Vatsim. I am using SB4 and FS2CREW Voice but FS2CREW does not pick up my instructions when "Noise suppresion" is enabled under microphone(sound)

 

On the other hand Vatsim can not hear me when i have it disabled, Anyone who has an ideer ?

I've never heard of that one before...  Why would Vatsim need voice suppression enabled?

Not Voice but "Noise" background noise suppression

 

Otherwise to much noise on the Line. FS2CREW is working great without it though.Strange
