Need Opinions, ASN Beta and P3Dv2.2

I recently moved to P3D updated to v2.2. At some point in the next week or two, I will re-install my ASN.  I have a valid license (of course) and was just wondering about the current state of the ASN beta program for P3Dv2.2.  I do know that when HIfi Sim puts up a beta and says "use at your own risk", there isn't actually much risk and that things are fairly well in hand and under control.  Will I also need the current hotfix?

Works great here on my server machine,

When installed on my client pc running XP it will not connect over the network.

Damian is working on this, so for now I run it on my main PC, happily it seems to have no negative impact on performance.

The P3D beta has no hotfix, that is for the FSX version.

I've just been reading a couple of interesting threads over at the P3D forum.  Think I've got what I was interested in seeing.
