Here we go.

 

Easily repaired problem in the installer that the developer has not seen appropriate to do or to mention it in the install instructions.

Perhaps a bit too enraged customer tries to get into developer's forums just to read the posts - not even wanting to bother anybody as the forum most certainly has a topic about this already. Reading it would have been enough. Instead more problems arise, change your web browser, do this and that. Yet the answer was really straightforward, just add a new user to your pc.

 

And now I'm called a criminal.

You should have been able to simply right-click on the installer and select "Run as Administrator"... B)

n4gix, this was not the case. I did it. Furthermore, I right-clicked the exes, and gave the installer administrator rights. And even then I run the installer as administrator. I was very well prepared for the installation and did everything according to the installation instructions.
