New clouds are really good though SkyMaxxPro didn't want to play nice with the new update. It doesn't really matter because the update means I now have no need for it. Really impressed. I'm getting a better framerate too with all the goodies on. Excellent!

I just uninstalled SkyMaxx..and want to see what the stock .30 clouds do/look like...etc.  I've got the whole day to goof off...and intend to... :)

Post Edit:   I declare the new clouds...a' la P3D 'goodness'.  Well done, LR...well done!

Very nice shots!

To take it just a step further, you could now tweak your art controls, just to enhance the atmospheric scattering and the cloud shadows! But that's also a question of taste for sure! ;-)

Something like that:

The atmospheric scattering settings I used before the update (and that I really liked) looked a bit odd after the update so I disabled them. But I will probably re-enable at least cloud shadows. Many pics I see with atmospheric scattering tweaks are way to purple for my taste though (the pics from your link are fine).

I have clouds at 100% on my system and they look ONE DERFUL

Meh - my monitor died this weekend - those screenies are all I got from the new beta so far :(. I will get a replacement tomorrow but right now I can't play and tinker as I would like. I think my screenshots are at 67% (default after the update?).

Could you show some pics how it looks at 100%?
