Hi Chris, if you have adopted 4xMSAA in NI then you should adopt 4X in DX10 AA

You then have MultiSampleQuality=0 and MultiSamplesPerPixel=4 in your fsx.cfg file

How do I calculate these settings, between N inspector and dx fixer, and do I have to enable multisampling in inspector. .A bit confused, seen some different settings..

Just want to avoid shimmering..

have 3 monitors and Titan GPU..

8 spars grid supersampling is great, but the some clouds kill my fps and then I have to downgrade to 4 spars g supers.

Hi Chris, as I mentioned in your original topic, Paul J's 'How To' guide list the info in a table, so its just matching up the numbers, along with the other tips and recommendations.

When using the DX10 Fixer there is no need to set the AA settings anywhere but in the DX10 Fixer window.  This does not apply to Transparency AA, e.g. GSAA; that must be set though NI.
