WOAI in Prepar3d - very less traffic at the airport

Featured Replies

Hello, today I installed WOAI into Prepar3d.

I did a copy of the prepar3d.exe and named it to fsx.exe and did a normal install with all the packages.

But when I am on a Airport like Las Vegas or Frankfurt, there are very less airplanes.

The densitiy is on 40%.

Do you have any ideas to solve my problem?

Thank you!

Change the traffic density settings to 80% or 100% to see if that makes a difference.  P3D may handle things differently than FSX in this area.

Hello,

so I change the density to 100%, but there pop up only 2-3 airplanes.

I installed about 500 WOAI Packages, in FS9 the Airports was with 100% densitiy very full..in P3D NOT :-(

Edit: Now i tried again with 60%. In some big Airports there is now fullhouse.

In smaller Airports, there are only 2-4 Airplanes.

Did you update the airports AFCAD for more parking spaces?

...You probably know this - but in case someone else who doesn't know it is browsing through this topic I'll write it anyway.

WOAI installs traffic-bgl's in FS9 format. They don't mix, and if you have one FS9 formatted bgl none of your FSX/P3D formatted traffic-files will show.

Search the net for a program like FS AI Planner (or a few others) and they can scan and "upgrade" the fs9-traffic-files.

Ah yes.  I remember that now.

Thanks.
