June 15, 201411 yr I am buying a new graphics card. My current graphics card is an AMD RADEON HD 7520 which is decent but can't run more than 1 and a half hours on FSX. I am planning to buy a better GPU so when the PMDG 777-300 comes out I can FINALLY do long hauls. I want a graphics card that can last for more than 17 hours on ultra settings fsx but I dont want to spend to much on it. Will the GTX 660TI do the job or should I get a GTX 760? Still wondering... And what kind of GTX 660 or 760 should I get? TI? Superclocked? 2GB? Thanks, Andrej
June 16, 201411 yr If you can afford the GTX 770 go for that http://www.hwcompare.com/14635/geforce-gtx-670-vs-geforce-gtx-770/ I would also say go for a high GB as you can also afford, 3 or 4 GB will be plenty, infact in theory 2gb should be fine. Adam
June 20, 201411 yr As Adam said, if you can afford it, go for the 770. If not however, out of your 2 choices, get the 760 which is more comparable to a 670. June 29, 201411 yr I have got the msi GTX 760 4GB card which is better for fsx for the price. Go for a card with as much Vram if you can afford it.
