June 16, 201411 yr Hi all, Is anyone of you have the following problem: When I engage the AP (By pressing CMD A, LNAV and VNAV) and AT (AT toggle to ON), normally the green light on the button should be light up as well as the little light on the top of the AT toggle. However, I found that none of my button lights are on even I was putting my AP and AT on (which can be verified by the ND top bar). Can you please educate me how to solve this? Thanks a lot. OHK142
June 16, 201411 yr Commercial Member Can you please educate me how to solve this? When are you trying to press these buttons? On the ground? In the air? Immediately after takeoff? Better yet: have you flown the tutorial flights? If you haven't, you definitely should! Don't mean to bombard you with questions, but I figured I'd get them all out of the way, because they're relevant. Kyle Rodgers
June 16, 201411 yr Author Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I switched on my AP/AT when I was in the air...around 1000 ft. Just same as what I did for my PMDG 777. I am pretty sure I did it correctly. So it is a bir strange to me. Any clue, please? OHK142

June 16, 201411 yr Commercial Member Here are the screenshots: I noticed the hydraulic brake pressure (above your landing gear handle) is at zero. Did you remember to turn on all of the systems necessary for flight - specifically that of the hydraulics? Based on the gear handle position, it might also be that you caused the HYD to fail (the gear handle needs to be placed in the neutral position after the gear is fully up). Failure to do so may cause the HYD to fail. That could certainly knock out AP functions. Check your PMDG Setup > FAILURES pages to see if there are active failures. The gear handle being up in both of your pictures makes me think you haven't done the tutorial (doing the tutorial for the 777 is not enough - the 777 is not a 737). Please do both tutorials. Treat the plane right, and it'll treat you right (and behave like you expect it to behave). Kyle Rodgers
