This is a known problem. Just download the latest Addon Manager from the FSDT website and install it (even if you have the latest installed). Somehow it got corrupted.

Move the logbook.bin located in your My Documents/Flight Simulator Files to a temporary folder or rename it to logbook.old. It will be rebuilt. If this works, then you should repair the old one by downloading the LogBook Recovery tool in the AVSIM Library. The logbook has every flight you have flown, including your adventures, since you installed FSX.

If this does not fix the problem, then you can try moving your fsx.cfg to a temporary folder or renaming it to Fsx.orig. Restart FSX and the config will be rebuilt.

Event 1530 is a warning event. It occurs because Windows automatically closes any registry handle to a user profile that is left open by an application.

If this event shows up quite frequently, it may be worthwhile to track down the culprit program. In your case that appears to be lsass.exe. According to Google, ""lsass.exe" is the Local Security Authentication Server. It verifies the validity of user logons to your PC. Lsass generates the process responsible for authenticating users for the Winlogon service." Essentially it is Windows 7/8's way of telling you it has detected a problem and corrected it so I do not believe that further action on your part is absolutely necessary.

Your anti-virus software might be scanning your computer while you are trying to logon and might not read your user profile correctly. Just turn off the scanning and restart your computer.

If it continues, you might have a corrupted user profile and you will need to set up a new one just to see if this fixes the problem. If not, then simply delete the profile. Here's how to fix a corrupted user profile - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-corrupted-user-profile#1TC=windows-7.

Event ID 1001 is simply an AppHang and it was created by FSX SP2. I'm totally against Bojote's tweaks especially for modern computer systems like yours. Just for kicks, you might move your fsx.cfg to a temporary directory (or rename FSX.cfg to Fsx.orig) restart fsx and let the config rebuild. See if the problem continues. If not, then make sure you have the highmemfix=1 line in the Graphics section and add any required entry if you have My Traffic X. Of course, if this does not fix the problem, then you can bring back your old config but I'm just telling you there have been more problems reported with Bojote's tweaks on modern systems. His tweaks were great for systems built before the Sandy Bridge or i7 chipset.

There are more suggestions in the AVSIM CTD Guide for fixing AppHangs/Freezes.
