What version of the Da-40 is it the early Rotax, the 180 Lycoming or the later diesel ? Its not in the docs, from the low rpm in the normal procedures im guessing its not the inital Rotax.

I guess it's not rotax as that aircraft was prototype. Is there a full name of aircraft somewhere in manual?

It's a Lycoming IO-360 M1-A 180 hp. The Rotax (sewing machine) is in the DA20
