I would like to know how much the tutorial flight teaches you about flying the 777. I want something that basically replicates what real world pilots would do when flying the 777. Is that the the tutorial offers. If not what does.

Tutorial 1 gives you a good basic understanding of what crews do.  It's not going to get super specific (tutorial 2 will probably add more), but it's a good start.

Tutorial 1 is a good place to kick of a learning curve?if i may say...you could learn complicated real-world-procedures from the manuals provided.As always tutorial 2 would(i assume)more in depth,following procedures from the FCTM etc.
