Don't know if you can help...

 

Bought the program via vimeo and was able to download all parts but 9. It stops at around 500MB every time I try to download.

 

Any suggestions?

That's an odd one. Can you stream it?

The Stream is working.

 

Maybe I need to get in touch with Vimeo?

Yes we simply provide the stuff to Vimeo to host so I can't do much from my end. Vimeo have a great support team so if you get in touch they'll help you out. Let me know how you get on.

It looks like the download link at vimeo is only working for a couple of minutes. It expires at around 5 minutes and the download stops.  :huh:

Found this info on the vimeo forum. Don't know why they are doing this?

 

I send them a message maybe they can provide an alternative link.

I am having the same problem. All the other files downloaded without a problem, but I haven't managed to download more than 900 MB of part 9 before it stops.

It's really annoying and a bit strange since part 10 is just as big but downloaded just fine.

 

Jan, please let us know if you get an answer from Vimeo.

Strange that your having  issues  with Part 9   just tried  the download  again of  9  and had no issues, have you tried using  another download manager at all?

What browser and download manager are you using, Peter?

 

I have tried Chrome and Internet Explorer. With IE I can use Getright, but it is still not working.

With Getright I can get to 1,1 GB before it stops, and any attempts to resume gives me a 403=Forbidden error.

Have used chrome and a DL Manager can't recall the name right now.

 

I'll post what Vimeo is telling me about this issue.

Yes please do. Sorry you're having this issue guys this is a new one.

Just want to report back that I tried downloading part 9 again now, and it worked! 

 

It was a different computer, but still using Chrome, so I don't know if Vimeo did something or if it was a problem with the laptop I used before. Anyway, now I have all parts backed up.
