Greetings

I am using version 2.2. I moved my default aircraft from FSX to P3D using the EMT. So far so good. Am able to fly them, configure controls, etc. I do seem to have issues with the lights. C172 as an example:

-panel lights work

-nothing else would turn on

-get a white tail light when I turn on the landing lights, but only after turning off the panel lights

-tried shockwave (no joy)

Could anyone give me some tips as to how to get the lights for the migrated aircraft to work in P3D?

Many thanks,

Graham

Reload the User Object. There is a bug in v2.2 that does not allow all effect (.fx) lights to be loaded completely whenever you first select any aircraft.

Assign some key-combination to the "Reload User Object" command. I use Ctrl-Shift-R myself, as I never use the default assignment.

Hi Bill

Ssometimes I'm a bit of a dope. I realized I installed the wrong version version of Shockwave. I was trying to set up lights that weren't in the effects folder. Duh!
