August 11, 201411 yr Lot's of people have been getting errors like this throughout the past couple of days. There hasn't been much of a response from the HiFi team. I suspect it's the ASN servers feeding the program corrupt data or something like that. Stephen Hobson

September 28, 201411 yr Just had the same issue, I have no idea why it crashes like that but luckily I found a simple solution myself to fix it, just wanted to share it to you guys. Go to C:/Users/YOURNAME/AppData/Roaming/Hifi/ASNFSX then delete everything in that folder. Open ASN and enjoy :-) Don Don Lee
October 7, 201411 yr Commercial Member Hi, I am not sure we're talking about the same issue here. The issue the OP reported could come up in some cases when the downloaded data would be corrupt (more often when using older historical weather or manual mode). Recent builds (after August when this was first reported) have made handling of corrupt downloaded data better. (ASN now will not crash and will revert to real time mode letting the user go on making the need to delete any .wx files obsolete). I am not sure what the issue "Olliecast" has is though. Certainly more info would be much appreciated (preferably opening up a support ticket or on our support forums since I/we don't follow this one frequently). Thanks, Kostas Terzides
