AI don't take-off and disappear

I recently installed FSX on my Windows 8.1 PC.  I have a problem where the AI planes taxi to the runway holding point and wait there until they disappear.  They don't ask for take-off clearance.  This didn't happen on my Windows 7 PC.

Also the game crashes unless I enable Preview DirectX 10.

I assume that you speak of the default airports, not any special addon. Is that correct?

Yes, the default airports.

It's a problem with taxiway and runway holding point of specific airport. They have an error. I guess that is not happening at all airports. try update afcad. You can find them in AVSIM Library.

Does this happen at one airport or multiple airports?  If it is just one airport, then it may well be the holding point is too far from the active runway.  I guess another potential would be a sudden change in wind direction and the active runway changes after the AI are already taxiing.

Did you make any modifications recently or new add-ons installed and specis of your PC ?

I have windows 7 and that happens at some airports some of the time. Maybe 20% of the time at most.It seems to be very random. Just a minor bug to me.

I seems so,just a minor bug,you can live with,unless you would re-install the FSX but i would not recommend that because this bug is insignificant !

Thanks for the help.  I does just seem to be one or two airports.
