xp real weather

Featured Replies

I am using X Plane 10 own real weather and i download at start of each flight

But during any flight, any region or any time  i have never seen any harsh wind conditions or turbulance.

All the planes fly like a train wihtout any movement or turbulance effect. I am reading the real weather conditions during the flights the turbulance is always at zero

Am i missing something ?

Well, be glad if you always jave calm weather. At other times it can be pretty hard.

To answer your question: No, I don't think there is something wrong with your setup.

At the moment I see mostly calm weather too, but when I verify it with other sources the

weather is working correctly.

Turbulence definitely exists in X-plane. Use SkyVector and turn on Sigmets to find turbulent (TURB) or Thunderstorm (TS) areas and load up the sim there. Should give some interesting results.
