Do you have the Wide-view Aspect Ratio option enabled?  

Yes and No.  It didn't truly matter if I was in that mode or not. I can be in that mode in .3...and no fish-eye effect.  Just strange, I guess. I'm glad that others don't see this, and it let them move on...
