I went from a 560Ti and an i7-860 to a 4790K and a 780. I guess overall I gained about 5fps because I lock it at 30. Before I had to lock at 25 with planes like the NGX and even then I would hit the upper teens if I tried to land somewhere like SFO. So in the big areas I guess I nearly doubled my FPS with high detail settings as well.
