Joystick vibration during taxi

Featured Replies

Just a quick one (I hope).

When I taxi my 737NGX, I get severe side wobble on my joystick (Microsoft Force Feedback 2).

It's very slight on the PMDG 747 and other aircraft, but almost impossible to stay holding it with the 737.

Is there anything I can do to correct this, please?

I'd rather not un-tick the force feedback option in the FSX menu, as it's fine for everything else.

Many thanks.

(Sorry if this has been asked before, but this forum extends to nearly 1,000 pages and there doesn't seem to be a search facility.)

Are using FS force software? Something to consider, it will give you the correct feedback across the spectrum

Sorry, no idea (I'm an OAP with only a basic knowledge of computers).

All I know is I get a slight wobble when taxi-ing other aircraft (which feels correct) but the 737 just goes crazy so I have trouble holding the stick!

Upper right corner. Make sure you are on the Forum Page and not a thread page when you do the search.

Many thanks for the suggestion, it works perfectly.

Pcubine,

Thanks, found it and it pointed me to FS Force!

Good to hear ,it will add a new dimension of immersion just make sure you check out their forums and read the manual as its very customizable . make sure you untick force feedback in fsx when using it
